Welcome! I am Mick Fletcher, better known as Dr. Sips. My journey began at a young age behind the bar. From the moment I made my first cocktail, I knew this was my world. The art of mixing, the precision of the craft, and the charm of a bartender. I felt right at home immediately.

 

Later in my career, I met a mentor who inspired me in a way I never expected. He taught me not only new techniques and skills but also the deeper knowledge behind flavors and combinations. My passion eventually led me to Barcelona, where I was fully immersed in the world of mixology. There, I discovered how to create new flavors and experiences, how to make a cocktail speak for itself, and how endless the possibilities are.

 

Since then, I haven't stopped learning and experimenting. To me, mixology is an art form that continues to evolve, and I love sharing that passion. With Doctor Sips, I want to surprise, inspire, and take people on a journey through the experience of taste.
